Our Policy:

• All sales are final — no refunds.
• Membership Packages and its contents are not refundable nor returnable.
• RV Ratings CDs are not refundable, nor returnable, nor exchangeable once the seal has been broken.
• We will replace, free of charge, a malfunctioning CD after the original has been returned to us and checked by our technicians.
• Replacement CDs will be shipped via US Postal Service First Class Mail service.
• Shipping/Handling fees are not refundable.
• A restocking fee of $20 will be assessed for any approved returns or exchanges. An approved RMA is required.

By clicking on the required field "I acknowledge the Returns Policy / Terms" on the shopping cart page, you agree to the terms and conditions as set forth in this Site Practices & Policies page. It is your responsibility, as a consumer, to read this page.

Shipping
Orders will be shipped within 2 working days of order acceptance, unless same-day express shipping is requested and paid for. All express online orders received after 9:00 AM Pacific time on Thursdays will be shipped the following Monday (we are closed on Fridays and major holidays).

ALL Membership Packages and Non-Member Orders will require Signature Delivery.
OPTION: Arrange shipment to your work address.

Billing Name
